What is NEXUS?

NEXUS is a centralized algorithm that will control and automate the entire bidding and selling system on ge-as.com.

Right now, the platform runs on separate scheduled tasks that work independently with no coordination between them. NEXUS replaces all of that with one intelligent engine that manages session timing, evaluates every bid, determines every sell outcome, tracks user activity, controls pricing, and makes sure the house always stays profitable while keeping things fair for every user.

Think of it as the brain of the platform. Every trade passes through NEXUS.

What Changes for Users

Bidding (How users buy products)

Currently, users can bid at any time and bids take 24 hours to process. With NEXUS, bidding happens 3 times daily in 1-hour windows, spaced across timezones so users worldwide can participate. Users see a countdown timer showing when the next session opens and how much time is left in an active session.

SessionTime (UTC)Coverage
Session 101:00 to 02:00Asia-Pacific
Session 209:00 to 10:00Europe / Africa
Session 317:00 to 18:00Americas

Session times are adjustable by admin.

Bidding Rules

Selling (How users resell products they won)

Currently, users set a sell price and the result comes in 1 hour based on a simple margin check. With NEXUS, users set a profit margin (as a percentage of the product price, max 10%), plus a recess and excess range that defines how flexible they are on price. The sell result comes after 24 hours. NEXUS evaluates every sell using multiple criteria, not just a simple margin check.

Example: Product worth $100

User sets profit margin: 3% (asking $103)

User sets recess: 5% (will accept as low as $95 if market price drops)

User sets excess: 5% (will accept up to $108.15 if market price rises)

If the market ask price falls within the user's recess/excess range, the trade can go through. If it falls outside, the trade fails. Users are warned upfront about their choices. Sells are processed first come, first serve.

02

How NEXUS Evaluates Sells

When a user puts up a product for resale, NEXUS waits 24 hours then runs through this evaluation:

1

Buyback Zone Check

Admin sets a guaranteed buyback margin (0.05% to 0.2%). If the user's asking price falls within this very tight zone, the sell is guaranteed. This keeps the market liquid at all times. Example: Product worth $100, buyback zone is $100.05 to $100.20. User asks $100.10? Guaranteed sell.

2

First-Time Seller Check

If this is the user's very first sell and they meet all criteria, guaranteed win.

3

Loss Requirement

After a user's first win, they must accumulate 3 sell losses before they qualify for another win above the buyback zone. This makes sure wins are spread across users and not concentrated on a few people.

4

Monthly Profit Cap

No user can make more than 10% profit on their total capital in a single month. Once they hit this cap, NEXUS blocks them from winning until the next month. The cap is adjustable by admin (5%, 10%, or 15%).

5

Market Ask Price

NEXUS calculates a dynamic market ask price for each product category in each evaluation round. This price adjusts based on how many people are selling, what they are asking, and the overall economy health. Admin can override this, but NEXUS handles it automatically.

6

Recess/Excess Check

If the market ask price is within the user's recess/excess bounds, proceed. If not, the trade fails.

7

Session Win Rate

NEXUS calculates how many sellers should win based on total profit sellers are trying to take. Modest asks: up to 80% can win. Around double the bid cost: about 50%. Very high asks (200%+ above bid cost): only about 30%. The exact percentages shift each session so the algorithm stays unpredictable.

8

Winner Selection

From everyone who qualifies, NEXUS picks winners based on losses accumulated, inventory capital, how reasonable the asking price is, submission order, and a random factor to keep it unpredictable.

9

Fill Price

Winners receive a fill price based on the market ask price. If the market ask is within their recess range, they get that price. If within their excess range, they get the higher price.

03

What Changes for Admin

Right now, the admin dashboard shows basic counts: pending KYCs, pending deposits, active investments. There is zero visibility into how the bidding and selling system actually performs.

NEXUS comes with a full analytics dashboard at nexus.ge-as.com that gives the admin a complete view of the trading engine.

Admin Controls

NEXUS Admin Controls
Session settings, bid rules, sell evaluation parameters, buyback and dynamic pricing

Every parameter NEXUS uses is visible and overridable:

NEXUS controls everything automatically, but admin can step in and override any parameter at any time. All overrides are logged.

What Happens to AI Bots

AI bots continue running on their existing system. Admin still controls AI bot behavior as before. The only change is that AI bots will place bids during the 3 session windows instead of bidding continuously. AI bot evaluation stays the same.

How NEXUS Stays Unpredictable

A trading algorithm is only as good as its ability to stay ahead of its users. If users can figure out the pattern, they will game it. NEXUS is built to prevent that:
